Show Notes

Mike Wiggins gives his recommendations for ground coverings and emphasizes the importance of turning off your sprinkler system during rainy periods. He shares the positive effect aluminum sulfate has on hydrangeas when they are starting to brown. He recommend fungicides for brown grass spots, but first make sure it’s not pets causing those brown spots!! If your palm tree is starting to lose bark at the bottom, magnesium sulfate could be the answer. Be sure not to weed to close to the base of the tree.

Catherine sends in her picture of a beautiful gladiolus from her garden!
